FAQ

Using IloByte Pro across Africa

Does IloByte Pro work outside Nigeria?

Yes. IloByte Pro was built in Nigeria and works for businesses anywhere in Africa. When you sign up you pick your country: your workspace then runs in your own currency, starts on your country's standard VAT or GST rate, reads phone numbers in your local format for WhatsApp and SMS, and follows your time zone. If your currency isn't listed you can add it.

Which currencies does it support?

Your business works in its own home currency — for example naira (₦), FCFA (Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal), Ghanaian cedi (GH₵), Kenyan shilling (KSh), South African rand (R), Ugandan and Tanzanian shillings and Rwandan franc. Receipts, invoices, reports and the till all use it.

How is IloByte Pro priced outside Nigeria?

Prices are shown in US dollars: Basic $5, Advanced $8 and Enterprise $18 per user per month. You can pay in dollars or in naira (Basic ₦4,000, Advanced ₦5,500, Professional ₦8,000 and Enterprise ₦14,000). Pay yearly and get 2 months free. 14-day free trial, no card required.

Are Nigerian tax features included in other countries?

No. NRS (formerly FIRS) e-invoicing, PAYE and Nigerian withholding tax are for Nigerian businesses only. Elsewhere you get your country's standard VAT rate as an editable default; IloByte Pro is not connected to other countries' tax-authority e-invoicing systems.

Is the app available in French?

Not yet — the IloByte Pro app is in English. We have French information pages for Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.
